TrendForce raised its Q1 2026 forecast for conventional DRAM contract prices to 90-95% quarter-on-quarter from 55-60%, citing stronger AI and data center demand that is worsening the global memory supply-demand imbalance. It also increased its NAND Flash contract price forecast to 55-60% from 33-38%. The latest memory industry survey said tighter conditions are strengthening suppliers’ pricing power, and TrendForce added that further upward revisions remain possible if demand continues to outpace supply.
