
The South Korean memory-chip maker has begun marketing a Nasdaq ADR sale tied to 17.79 million new common shares, targeting about $28 billion in net proceeds with trading possible as early as July 10, 2026.
SK Hynix has begun the process for a U.S. listing through a Nasdaq American depositary receipt offering after filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 24, seeking about 43 trillion won, or roughly $28 billion net, from an offering linked to 17.79 million new common shares. The company estimated gross proceeds at about $29 billion, with trading possible as early as July 10, 2026. Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, funds managed by Coatue Management, and Situational Awareness Partners LP have indicated interest in buying up to $7 billion of the ADRs, according to Jin10.
