The July 6 notice details fiduciary-duty investigations tied to alleged demand, tariff, accounting and capacity-related disclosure failures, and invites eligible long-term holders to seek derivative-style remedies.
Grabar Law Office said it is investigating potential fiduciary-duty claims involving Badger Meter, Inc., First Solar, Inc., Hub Group, Inc. and Power Solutions International, Inc. in a July 6 press release from Philadelphia. The notice links each inquiry to allegations in recently filed federal securities fraud or class action complaints, including claims that Badger Meter's results were boosted by pulled-forward customer orders that obscured weaker demand, that First Solar misled investors about the impact of U.S. tariff policy and production responses on expected 2026 performance, that Hub Group's financial statements from 2023 through 2025 contained material misstatements tied to revenue recognition and understated transportation costs, and that Power Solutions overstated its ability to capture data-center demand while understating manufacturing expansion costs and inefficiencies. The law firm said certain current or long-term holders may seek corporate reforms, the return of funds to the company and court-approved awards.
