TeraWulf said its 20-year lease with Anthropic at the Justified Data AI infrastructure campus in Kentucky is expected to generate about $19 billion in revenue, underscoring its push beyond bitcoin mining into artificial-intelligence infrastructure. The agreement is set to support about 401 megawatts of IT load, with initial facilities due online in late 2027 and full operations expected in early 2028.
