Crypto futures liquidations reached about $476 million over the past 24 hours, affecting roughly 99,400 traders globally, according to CoinGlass. The newer data showed short positions accounted for about $294 million of the total, while long liquidations were about $181 million. Earlier figures had shown about $314 million in liquidations affecting 78,908 traders, including more than $70 million in a single hour, indicating rapidly intensifying stress in leveraged crypto markets. Binance had led exchanges in the earlier snapshot with about $136 million in liquidations. The largest single liquidation cited across the updates was a $11.6 million Binance ETHUSDT position, while an earlier snapshot identified a $5.6877 million BTC-USD contract on Hyperliquid as the largest at that time.
