Medincell said its liquidity contract account held 676 shares and €1,173,521 as of June 30, 2026. From January 1 to June 30, 2026, the contract recorded 9,138 buy-side executions and 10,478 sell-side executions, covering 592,263 shares bought for €14,869,875.91 and 592,567 shares sold for €14,883,592.32. At December 31, 2025, the account held 980 shares and €1,159,804. The company also said Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA assumed management of the Medincell liquidity contract on Euronext Paris under code FR0004065605, effective July 1, 2026, following a reorganization within the Rothschild & Co group and the transfer of market-making activities from Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel. Medincell said the transfer does not change the contract’s terms or the resources allocated to it, which are disclosed in semiannual reports. Medincell describes itself as a clinical- and commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on long-acting injectable treatments. It said risperidone LAI, based on its BEPO technology, received FDA approval for schizophrenia in April 2023 and for Bipolar I Disorder in October 2025, and is marketed in the United States by Teva as UZEDY. The company said the product was also approved for schizophrenia in Canada and South Korea in 2025. Medincell added that Teva submitted a New Drug Application for Olanzapine LAI in December 2025, that the U.S. FDA accepted the filing on February 20, 2026, and that a European Marketing Authorization Application was accepted by EMA in May 2026.
