SpaceX unit SpaceXAI has announced Grok 4.5, its first AI model after SpaceX’s $60 billion stock acquisition of Cursor. The model was developed with AI coding startup Cursor and is aimed at complex, long-running tasks in software engineering, legal and financial services, while adding enhanced cybersecurity capabilities. The launch marks an early product step for SpaceXAI as it seeks to narrow the gap with rivals including Anthropic and OpenAI.
