Venu Holding Corporation said a VenuesNow cover story highlighted its strategy of building year-round, multi-season entertainment venues with municipal support and identified five active projects representing about $1.5 billion in development. Separately, the company said CBRE Group Inc. identified more than $150 million in gross proceeds through Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, or C-PACE, financing, which is expected to fully fund the remaining construction balance for Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas, subject to customary closing conditions. VENU said Regent Bank Amphitheater is expected to open in fall 2026 and Sunset Amphitheater in the first quarter of 2027.
