Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, said in an SEC filing that it raised about $466.7 million in net proceeds by selling roughly 4.82 million MSTR common shares through its at-the-market program in the week ended July 12. The company reported no Bitcoin purchases or sales and no stock repurchases during July 6-12, leaving its Bitcoin holdings unchanged at 843,775 as of July 12, while U.S. dollar reserves rose to about $3 billion as part of a treasury management move to strengthen liquidity.
