The Grail case covers purchasers between May 13, 2025 and February 19, 2026, with an August 4, 2026 deadline, and more specifically alleges Grail and certain current and former executives misled investors about the NHS-Galleri trial’s chances of meeting its primary endpoint of a statistically significant reduction in late-stage, or Stage III-IV, cancers. The Verra Mobility case covers purchasers between February 24, 2026 and May 26, 2026 and alleges misstatements or omissions tied to projected revenue outlook and anticipated growth in its Commercial Services segment.
