SEC filings show 10 insider sales, mostly under Rule 10b5-1 plans, while Tarbert said Circle is “playing the long game” after the stock fell from about $260 to $62.
Circle President Heath Tarbert sold about $30.77 million worth of CRCL shares across 10 insider transactions between June 2025 and June 2026, according to SEC Form 4 filings. Eight of the 10 sales were executed under preset Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, while two were tied to the June 2025 IPO and an August 2025 secondary offering. Tarbert has said Circle is “playing the long game” and focused on building full-stack infrastructure, even as the stock fell about 76% from roughly $260 to $62 and Wall Street grew more cautious.
