The dealer agreement adds STERK’s premium dayboats to Nautical Ventures’ Florida network and could support future electric models using Vision Marine’s E-Motion propulsion system.
Vision Marine Technologies Inc. said its subsidiary, Nautical Ventures Group Inc., has been appointed the exclusive authorized dealer for STERK Yachts in Florida under an agreement with MS Marine USA Inc., STERK Yachts’ authorized U.S. distributor. The deal adds STERK’s conventionally powered premium dayboats to Nautical Ventures’ lineup and gives customers in Florida access to product consultation, demonstrations, sea trials, delivery support, after-sales service and local brand representation through the retailer’s sales and service network. Vision Marine said the relationship could also help pave the way for future electric STERK yachts in the state, noting that its E-Motion high-voltage propulsion system (electric marine powertrain) has already been integrated into and publicly demonstrated on the STERK 31E. The company said the arrangement fits its vertically integrated strategy spanning propulsion technology, retail and service, while adding that any broader commercial availability of electric STERK yachts would remain subject to technical validation, production readiness, product availability, commercial terms and regulatory requirements.
