Diagnostic testing company reported second-quarter revenue of $3.04 billion and adjusted diluted EPS of $3.12, while lifting full-year revenue and earnings guidance on strong organic growth and sustained demand.
Quest Diagnostics reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $3.04 billion, up 10.2% from 2025, and said adjusted diluted EPS rose 19.1% to $3.12 as organic growth remained strong across physician, hospital and consumer channels. Reported diluted EPS increased 15.0% to $2.84. The company raised its full-year 2026 guidance, now expecting revenue of $11.95 billion to $12.05 billion, reported diluted EPS of $9.97 to $10.17, and adjusted diluted EPS of $11.05 to $11.25. Chairman, CEO and President Jim Davis said revenue growth was driven almost entirely by organic gains and that sustained demand for diagnostic insights supported the higher outlook. Quest also highlighted progress in Co-Lab Solutions, its Corewell Health joint venture laboratory in Michigan, kidney care collaboration with Fresenius Medical Care, consumer growth through questhealth.com, and double-digit expansion in Advanced Diagnostics including Quest AD-Detect blood tests for Alzheimer's disease and liver fibrosis testing.
