The Nasdaq-listed simulation systems developer said it will discuss quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside sales momentum tied to Omni One for Quest, defense activity and fiscal 2027 outlook.
Virtuix Holdings Inc. said it will host a conference call on Aug. 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time to review results for its first quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended June 30, 2026. The company plans to issue a press release with the results before the call and said management will also address recent commercial traction, its outlook for fiscal 2027 and growth initiatives across consumer XR (extended reality), defense simulation and healthcare applications. The Austin, Texas-based company said Jan Goetgeluk, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, and Thomas McGinnis, Chief Financial Officer, will lead the call, followed by a question-and-answer session. Virtuix said it expects to highlight accelerating momentum across consumer, defense and enterprise initiatives, including sales growth following the launch of Omni One for Quest in collaboration with Meta, expanding government traction in AI-driven defense simulations and NASA deployments, healthcare collaborations, and industry recognition for robotics applications. Goetgeluk said Virtuix believes the period was one of its strongest commercial quarters in recent history and expects to discuss a major increase in sales after the Omni One for Quest launch. The release also included forward-looking statements about strategic acquisitions, potential synergies, revenue and shareholder-value impact, and the company’s position in the defense training market, while cautioning that actual results could differ because of risks including acquisition execution, integration challenges, government contracting changes and market conditions.
