EdgeMode used a CEO interview and a related video news release to highlight what it described as a fast-tracked push into off-grid power for AI data centers. The company said it added two new 1.2-gigawatt developments in Panama, signed an MoU with the Spanish City of Mora to advance the 300MW DC Malpica campus, and received a non-binding offer from Spark AI Foundry Holdings LLC for 100% of the share capital of the EdgeMode DC Malpica 300 MW IT hyperscale data center site.
