The Flagstaff firm added tour consulting and luxury rental readiness services, while also releasing a free 10-question Experience Scorecard for tour operators.
Eat Sleep Launch Repeat said it has expanded its operating-partner offerings with two new service lines carrying published prices: Tour and Experience Consulting for tour and activity operators nationwide, and Luxury Rental Readiness for short-term vacation rental owners targeting the $1,000-plus-a-night segment. The Flagstaff, Arizona-based firm also released the Experience Scorecard, a free 10-question self-assessment for tour operators that does not require an email address. The tour consulting practice is structured around five parts of a tour product — guest arc, review engine, distribution, pricing, and differentiation — and is sold in three tiers ranging from a $750 remote review to a hands-on redesign priced from $5,000 and scaling to $10,000. The luxury rental practice starts with a $750 remote First Look and is positioned as an independent third-party review for high-end rental homes, including those seeking Airbnb Luxe status, with the firm stating it is not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc. or involved in platform selection decisions. The company linked the launch to founder Nick Jones’s operating experience at Freaky Foot Tours and said its broader model focuses on time-limited engagements with a defined handoff rather than open-ended retainers.
