Sia said it has acquired Seven Consulting, an Australian management consulting firm founded in 2002, lifting its Australia team to around 130 consultants including its existing Perth base. Seven Consulting brings more than 100 consultants across Sydney, Melbourne and Manila, plus business transformation, large-scale program delivery and change management expertise for major banking, government, transportation and postal, retail and consumer goods, and energy and utilities clients. Sia said the transaction establishes a flagship East Coast presence in Sydney and Melbourne, broadens its Australian client portfolio with larger blue-chip organizations, and is aligned with the M&A strategy defined with Blackstone. The group added that combining Seven Consulting's capabilities with Sia's Data & AI expertise positions the business to help organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale transformation.
