HCLTech said from New York and Noida, India, on Aug. 8, 2026, that it had been named to TIME's World's Most Sustainable Companies 2026 list for a second consecutive year. The company ranked among the top five global professional services companies and was the highest-ranked India-headquartered company in the category in an assessment by TIME and Statista covering more than 5,800 global companies and more than 20 sustainability indicators. HCLTech linked the recognition to its alignment with the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals, and said FY26 performance included replenishing 51 times more water than it consumed, retaining zero waste-to-landfill platinum certification across all owned facilities, and reaching its 2030 SBTi-validated emissions target four years ahead of schedule as it works toward a 2040 net-zero goal. HCLTech said it has more than 223,000 employees across 60 countries and generated $14.8 billion in consolidated revenue in the 12 months ending June 2026.
