ORIC Pharmaceuticals said it granted inducement awards to five new non-executive employees who started in July 2026, consisting of 125,400 non-qualified stock options and 20,550 restricted stock units with a grant date of Aug. 3, 2026. The awards were made under the ORIC Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2022 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan and approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in accordance with Nasdaq Rule 5635(c)(4) as a material inducement to employment. The stock options carry an exercise price equal to ORIC's closing share price on the grant date, with 25% vesting after one year and the remainder vesting in monthly installments over the following three years. The restricted stock units vest in three equal annual installments.
