Elevra Lithium said it has completed the sale of all rights, interests and obligations tied to E45/2364, referred to in its exploration disclosure as Tabba Tabba, to Wildcat Resources, which now takes full ownership, control and liability for the Western Australia asset. The company said the transaction carries total consideration of $16 million plus an ongoing royalty, including A$5 million cash on completion, A$8 million in Wildcat ordinary shares issued at $0.353 per share, and A$3 million in deferred cash due six months after Wildcat announces a completed feasibility study (project viability assessment) for the Tabba Tabba Project. Elevra also stands to receive contingent cash payments of A$0.70 per tonne for each tonne of JORC Pegmatite Mineral Resource (resource estimate under JORC rules) that Wildcat announces within E45/2364. Elevra said it will have no remaining ownership interest, rights or obligations in E45/2364 after closing, while Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Lucas Dow said the deal unlocks value from a non-core asset, preserves upside if pegmatite mineralisation is discovered and supports the company’s North American growth strategy, including the NAL Brownfield Expansion and its development pipeline.
