Binance has begun rolling out a U.S. stock asset transfer function that allows some users to move U.S. equity holdings from other brokerages into Binance and transfer stock assets held on Binance out to other brokers. The feature is currently in gray-scale testing (a limited rollout to selected users) and is expected to be opened more broadly soon.
