Trikon said it has partnered with IBVM, which it described as the earliest Bitcoin-based zero-knowledge layer 2 ecosystem, to combine AI-led user experience infrastructure with blockchain-based security. The arrangement is designed around a modular Web3 framework in which Trikon focuses on chainless, gasless and agent-led interactions for decentralized applications, while IBVM provides the verification, security and settlement layer. Trikon said its AI-native operating system aims to reduce user friction tied to wallets, separate networks and gas fees, and that its agent-powered architecture can automate certain blockchain actions on users’ behalf. IBVM, positioned as a Bitcoin-native ZK layer 2, is intended to verify computations and transfers using zero-knowledge technology while relying on Bitcoin as the underlying security base. The companies framed the partnership as part of a broader shift toward modular chain architectures, where different protocols handle distinct functions rather than attempting to provide every component on a single chain. Trikon also said the tie-up reflects the growing role of AI agents in Web3 infrastructure as dApps become more complex and usability becomes a bigger barrier to adoption.
