dsm-firmenich said it repurchased 140,000 ordinary shares between Aug. 3, 2026 and Aug. 7, 2026 for a total of €13.0 million, at an average price of €93.18 per share, as part of its €540 million share repurchase program. The company had announced on Feb. 9, 2026 its intention to buy back ordinary shares with an aggregate market value of €500 million to reduce its issued capital, and on March 12, 2026 it commenced repurchases for a total amount of €540 million, comprising €40 million to cover commitments under share-based compensation plans and €500 million for capital reduction. As of Aug. 7, the company had repurchased 5,212,680 shares at an average price of €68.53 for a total consideration of €357.2 million. dsm-firmenich said the €40 million portion for share-based compensation plans was completed on March 23, 2026, while the €500 million capital reduction program is intended to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026. The Swiss company is listed on Euronext Amsterdam and SIX Swiss Exchange.
