Gabriel Holding A/S said transactions carried out between 3 August and 7 August 2026 under its share buy-back programme lifted the company's treasury shares to 61,069, or 3.23% of its 1,890,000 issued shares. The programme began on 12 May 2026 and runs through 16 March 2027, allowing repurchases of up to 94,500 shares, equal to 5% of the share capital. Before the latest trades, the company had bought back 5,805 shares under the programme at an average purchase price of 273.42 for a transaction value of DKK 1,587,214, after starting with 55,109 treasury shares. It then purchased 50 shares on 3 August at an average price of 278.76, 45 shares on 4 August at 280.00, 30 shares on 6 August at 276.00 and 30 shares on 7 August at 280.00. After those trades, accumulated repurchases under the programme reached 5,960 shares at an average price of 273.56 for DKK 1,630,432. Gabriel Holding said the programme is being executed on Nasdaq Copenhagen at market price under Article 5 of MAR (EU market abuse rules), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and the authorization granted by the general meeting.
