Quadient said its Quadient Accounts Payable automation product was recognized for the first time in The Forrester Wave: Accounts Payable Invoice Automation Software, Q2 2026, marking the company's first inclusion in the industry evaluation. The company said Forrester invited a select group of vendors to participate based on capabilities, market presence, AI-powered accounts payable automation functionality and mindshare among enterprise customers, and that the report assessed 15 providers in the market. Quadient framed the inclusion as a sign of its growing role in financial automation and pointed to recent product expansion, including cash dashboard capabilities for its AP and AR (accounts receivable) solutions that give finance teams a real-time view of cash and working capital with AI-powered insights. In comments included in the announcement, Senior Vice President, Product for Quadient Digital Lilac Schoenbeck said CFOs are increasingly focused on digital transformation, efficiency, vendor relationships and growth, and described the recognition as an important milestone for the company's AP offering. The release said Forrester highlighted Quadient's customer community efforts, process monitoring metrics and granular approval workflow hierarchy for complex environments. Quadient said its cloud-based AP platform automates invoice capture, approvals and payments while improving visibility, reducing manual work, speeding processing and strengthening financial controls.
