FLSmidth said its ongoing share buy-back programme had reached a cumulative value of DKK 377,009,711.30 after repurchasing 61,000 shares during the week of 3 August to 7 August 2026. The programme, launched on 18 May 2026, allows the company to buy back up to DKK 1.0 billion of stock and no more than 2,300,000 shares, equivalent to about 4.0% of its share capital. Following the latest transactions, FLSmidth had acquired 769,173 shares under the programme and held 4,200,144 treasury shares, or 7.29% of its total share capital. The company said the buyback is being carried out under Article 5 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (market conduct rules) and the Safe Harbour Regulation (EU buyback framework).
