Bybit adds SMICUSDT TradFi perpetual contract tied to SMIC shares

Bybit said it listed the SMICUSDT TradFi Perpetual Contract, a USDT-settled synthetic derivatives product tied to Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. Trading is open with leverage of up to 20x, a tick size of 0.01, a capped funding rate of 2.5% and funding fee settlement every eight hours. The contract trades 24/7 and is available through Bybit's Futures Grid, Futures Martingale and Futures Combo bots. Bybit said the product references the price movements of the underlying equity without conferring ownership of the shares or any holder rights such as dividends or voting. The exchange also said contract prices may deviate from the underlying asset and warned that corporate actions including stock splits, mergers, spin-offs, suspensions and delistings could lead to price or position adjustments, settlement changes, suspension or termination. Availability may vary by jurisdiction, and Bybit said it may revise contract parameters or restrict access in line with laws, regulation or internal policies.
