Strive said it added 147 Bitcoin in the week ended Aug. 10, bringing its treasury to 20,167 BTC after acquiring 6,236 BTC in the second quarter of 2026 and 12,237 BTC in the first half. The company said it also bought another 303 BTC between July 1 and Aug. 7 and fully repaid all short- and long-term, interest-bearing debt. Strive reported second-quarter GAAP net loss of $257.6 million, saying 94.1% of the loss was tied to fair-value declines in its Bitcoin holdings and Strategy STRC preferred stock, while non-GAAP adjusted net loss attributable to common shareholders was $275 million.
