On-chain investigator ZachXBT alleged Tiffany Milanovich was a caller in hardware-wallet and centralized-exchange support impersonation schemes that caused at least $5 million in crypto losses, detailing a June 2026 theft of $1.2 million in Bitcoin and Ethereum from a Trezor wallet after a spoofed BitcoinIRA email sent under the alias Patricia Massie and an October 2025 theft of about $500,000 in Bitcoin from a Coinbase account. He said recorded calls, chat logs and on-chain evidence show victims were tricked into surrendering access and then taunted after their funds were moved, while Milanovich and associates discussed proceeds in Telegram groups, used phishing-panel infrastructure, and routed some funds through instant exchanges from Monero into an address holding about 631,000 DAI; he added that much of the June haul remained dormant. ZachXBT also tied Milanovich to John Daghita, known as Lick, said Shuffle agreed to lock a related account after reviewing his evidence, and noted that some social-media videos may have overstated the proceeds.
