A securities class action filed against Datavault AI Inc. in federal court in Pennsylvania alleges the company, formerly WiSA Technologies, overstated the value of partnerships with Burke Products, Scilex Holding Company and Nature's Miracle Holding Inc., exaggerated activity on its blockchain-based Datavault Platform, and failed to disclose ties to Edward Withrow III alongside Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel T. Bradley's earlier SEC settlement and penny-stock ban. The suit covers investors who bought securities between Sept. 4, 2024, and Oct. 30, 2025, seeks damages under Rule 10b-5 and related Exchange Act provisions, and follows a Wolfpack Research report that described Datavault as a stock promotion built on misleading claims about artificial intelligence, quantum computing, Web3 and data monetization. Datavault shares fell $0.49, or 19.44%, to $2.03 on Oct. 31, 2025, and investors have until Oct. 5, 2026, to ask the court to appoint them lead plaintiff.
