OranjeBTC has built a 3,950-Bitcoin treasury worth about $255 million, making it the largest corporate Bitcoin holder in Latin America and one of the top 25 publicly listed companies globally by holdings. The company, which trades on Brazil’s B3 exchange under OBTC3.SA and also offers ADRs under ORNJY, had roughly 3,650 BTC when it went public in October 2025 through a reverse IPO involving educational platform Intergraus and has continued buying since then. Founded by Guilherme Gomes, a former partner at Bridgewater Associates, OranjeBTC has accumulated its position at an average cost of about $105,000 per Bitcoin, indicating purchases were made during a sustained high-price environment rather than at market lows. Its investor base includes Adam Back, the Winklevoss twins and Ricardo Salinas Pliego. In March 2026, the company also became the first public company to hold STRC, Strategy’s variable-rate perpetual preferred equity, on its balance sheet, though Bitcoin remains its main reserve asset and STRC a secondary holding. OranjeBTC currently ranks around 23rd worldwide among public companies by Bitcoin holdings.
