Whale Alert reported that 1,927 Bitcoin valued at about 20 billion yen was transferred from Binance to Ceffu at around 4 p.m. on the 10th. A separate transaction record showed 1,836 BTC worth $117,425,261 moving in the opposite direction, from Ceffu to Binance. Large transfers between exchanges and custody providers are often monitored for signs of asset reallocation, liquidity or treasury management, and custody changes, but the transaction records alone do not establish the purpose of the moves or whether they reflect buying or selling.
