Construction Partners, Inc. said board member Michael H. McKay died in a tragic accident on July 22, 2026, at age 64. McKay had served on the company's Board of Directors since 2002 and on its Audit Committee since 2008, and the company credited him with helping shape its governance, financial discipline and long-term strategy as it expanded across the Southeast and broader Sunbelt. Construction Partners said it will dedicate its headquarters board room in his name.
