Phoenix Energy One, LLC reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with revenue rising to $405.9 million from $163.8 million a year earlier, net income increasing to $106.0 million from $18.7 million, EBITDA reaching $238.4 million from $92.0 million, and Adjusted EBITDA climbing to $181.3 million from $84.3 million. The company said record crude production, additional wells placed into service and higher realized oil prices supported the gains, even as non-cash derivative losses pushed first-half 2026 to a net loss of $34.1 million versus net income of $24.3 million a year earlier. Phoenix also highlighted Montana drilling milestones, including its first four-mile lateral switchback wells and the first full four-mile lateral unit development in the state. The newer topic, however, describes Crown Point Energy Inc.'s separate Q2 2026 results, including revenue of $69.2 million, net income of $9.2 million, stronger operating cash flow and a July rights offering, and does not appear to be the same underlying event.
