Trump Media & Technology Group reported a $360 million loss on cryptocurrency investments in the first half of the year and said it held 9,477.16 Bitcoin worth $557.1 million on a fair-value basis as of June 30. The company's Bitcoin balance fell by 65 BTC from 9,542.16 at the end of the first quarter. Its Cronos holdings were unchanged at about 756.1 million tokens, but their fair value dropped to $40.6 million from $68 million at the end of 2025. A substantial share of the Bitcoin position was pledged, with 4,260.73 BTC posted as collateral for convertible notes and 2,077.34 BTC backing a Bitcoin options strategy. The disclosure came days after Trump Media, Crypto.com and Yorkville Acquisition withdrew a plan for a business combination linked to a publicly listed company pursuing a large-scale Cronos treasury strategy, citing market conditions and shifting business and stakeholder priorities. The companies also ended a partnership under which Crypto.com would provide services to the Yorkville America exchange-traded fund.
