A securities class action against Futu Holdings Limited in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York is seeking investors who purchased or acquired Futu securities between May 24, 2023 and May 27, 2026, with an August 25, 2026 deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. The complaint alleges Futu failed to disclose that it was not complying with China Securities Regulatory Commission requirements because it continued to conduct securities, public fund sales and futures business in mainland China without the required licenses or approval. It further claims the company was therefore likely to face regulatory penalties, including disgorgement of ill-gotten gains and other sanctions, and that its financial results were overstated as a result. Rosen Law Firm issued the latest investor notice, following an earlier notice from Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., indicating multiple firms are soliciting affected shareholders in the same case.
