Natura (B3: NATU3) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of 5.17 billion reais, down 9.1% from a year earlier, as product unavailability, macro headwinds and a temporary tax mismatch weighed on Brazil, while the company posted recurring net profit of 35 million reais, down 92.1% year-on-year. Natura said the steep profit decline was driven mainly by higher net financial expenses, including currency and derivatives effects. EBITDA came in at 620 million reais, about 6% lower than a year earlier but above the 528 million reais expected by analysts polled by LSEG, while revenue was slightly ahead of the 5.15 billion reais consensus. Earlier company disclosures had also highlighted resilience in Hispanic America, where constant-currency sales and margins improved, helping offset weakness in Brazil. Natura has said it is pursuing supply-chain, commercial, store expansion and digital initiatives in the second half of 2026, while maintaining its free cash flow outlook and reported margin expansion target versus 2025.
