Pomerantz LLP said it is investigating claims on behalf of investors in Noble Corporation plc over whether the company and certain of its officers and or directors engaged in securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. The inquiry follows Noble’s July 27, 2026 release of second-quarter results, when the company’s CEO said the quarter was adversely impacted by $43 million due to the operational suspension of both of its rigs in Brazil. Noble also significantly lowered its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance. Noble shares fell $3.91, or 9.07%, to close at $39.20 on July 28, 2026. The announcement adds to earlier shareholder-law-firm scrutiny of the company following the earnings miss and guidance cut.
