A large trader on Hyperliquid increased a Bitcoin short position by 533.02 BTC in the early hours of the day, taking total exposure to 1,313 BTC valued at about $84.02 million, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi. The position was opened at an average price of $64,183 and was showing an unrealized profit of $251,000 at the time of the update, remaining the largest BTC position on Hyperliquid. The trade dates back to Aug. 5 and had previously been increased again after the position at one point showed a loss of $811,000. The move came after Bitcoin fell below $64,000 last night for the first time in the recent period.
