BTC positioning turned more aggressive on Aug. 11 as several traders opened large high-leverage bets in opposite directions, pointing to a more intense contest between bullish and bearish market views. Lookonchain said four short sellers opened positions totaling 3,895 BTC, worth $249.4 million, with liquidation prices (levels where exchanges force-close positions) at $64,600.83, $66,281.28, $66,305.03 and $66,545.09. On the long side, two traders opened positions totaling 1,547 BTC, worth $99.08 million, with liquidation prices at $61,200.15 and $61,831.74.
