LatentVerse, an embodied AI foundation model company, has completed a seed funding round worth several hundred million yuan, Jiemian News reported. The investors include Gaoling Chuangtou, Qingliu Capital, Inno Fund, Zhiyuan and Xingdong Jiyuan. The company was established in May 2026 by an embodied intelligence research team from the Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences at Tsinghua University. The financing highlights continued investor interest in embodied AI, which combines foundation models with physical-world perception and action.
