Everpure has signed a new storage design adoption and master supply agreement with one of the global top five hyperscalers, marking its second hyperscaler design win after its first in late 2024. The company said the deal extends its push from enterprise storage into large-scale AI infrastructure and should begin contributing meaningful revenue from fiscal 2028 and beyond, while gross margins for hyperscale products are expected to stay within its previously guided 75% to 85% range. Everpure's software-based DirectFlash architecture is designed to let hyperscalers run multiple performance tiers on a unified system while improving density, performance and reliability and reducing operating costs, power use and rack-space demands. Shares rose in Tuesday premarket trading and touched a new 52-week high as investors assessed the longer-dated growth opportunity.
