Green Street launches MCP Server for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini

Green Street said its MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server is now generally available, letting commercial real estate professionals access the firm's proprietary private- and public-market research, data and forecasts from enterprise instances of Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. The GreenStreetAI product is designed to let users query Green Street material in natural language inside their existing AI tools, aiming to shorten work such as market underwriting, REIT benchmarking and investment-case preparation from days or weeks to a single conversation. At launch, the server connects to Green Street's Research, Company Data, Company Sector Data, Market Data, Market Forecast, Sales Comps and single-property Automated Valuation Model (AVM) tools across the U.S., Canada, Europe and selected Australia depending on the dataset. Green Street said the release expands its AI suite alongside AI Summaries and a forthcoming AI Assistant covering more than 14,000 reports and decades of news archives, with support for additional AI platforms planned.
