The gated luxury community in Santa Clarita offers homes with up to six bedrooms and 4.5 to 6.5 bathrooms, spanning about 3,400 to 3,700 square feet and starting at $1.65 million. The company said residents have access to resort-style amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, spa, cabanas, outdoor barbecues, and a planned biking and hiking trail system. Group President of Toll Brothers in Los Angeles Nick Norvilas said the remaining inventory marks the last chance for buyers to purchase in the community.
