Oracle has broadened the cloud and data-services push behind its enterprise AI strategy, expanding a long-term partnership with Amazon Web Services so Oracle AI Database@AWS is now available in 22 AWS regions across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas, and launching Exadata Database Service on Exascale Infrastructure with Exadata-level performance and pay-per-use pricing for smaller as well as large organizations. The moves build on Oracle's earlier rollout of OCI Acceleron and AI Database 26ai, which the company positioned as a way to keep AI workloads close to business data while reducing latency, data movement and governance risks across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and on-premises systems. Oracle also signed a multi-year agreement with Quantinuum to bring the Helios quantum computer to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, adding quantum hardware access alongside its GPU and high-performance computing offerings. The announcements landed as AI infrastructure sentiment strengthened after strong quarterly updates from CoreWeave and Nebius. Oracle shares were up 0.31% at $153.76 on Thursday, extending a strong week for the stock.
