Elon Musk told SpaceX employees that AI revenue is likely to exceed the company's other business segments combined in September and widen that lead in the fourth quarter, while arguing AI could account for 99% of SpaceX's value within four to five years. As SpaceX scales that push, the company is expanding computing and power infrastructure, including gas-fired, off-grid energy for AI facilities in Tennessee, Mississippi and a planned Texas chip manufacturing site. Musk said data-center power capacity in Memphis and Mississippi stands at 1.4 gigawatts and should exceed 2 gigawatts by year-end, while a separate report said SpaceX expects 10GW to 15GW of computing capacity by 2027.
