Gate said in separate Aug. 12, 2026 notices that reviews found multiple token batches no longer met its trading standards. One notice scheduled removal of trading support on Aug. 19, 2026 at 11:00 (UTC+8) for a batch described as 20 token markets, after deposit suspensions and an Aug. 13 cutoff for new margin borrowing and collateralized lending, and set Sept. 2-9 buyback applications at fixed USDT prices with a 100 USDT cap per user. A second notice said 25 other tokens had already been delisted and that eligible users who submitted the required form had already received repurchase proceeds in their Gate accounts, while Gate said wallet storage would remain available after delisting for both batches until any later wallet-service shutdown is announced separately.
