Martela reported a sharply weaker first half of 2026 as demand in the Nordic office market fell short of expectations, with revenue down 36.4% to EUR 32.0 million and comparable operating result at EUR -3.5 million. Second-quarter revenue dropped 41.0% to EUR 14.5 million and reported operating result slipped to EUR -0.5 million from EUR 0.1 million. The company said customer uncertainty, project postponements and smaller average project sizes hit order intake, with new orders down about 28% and order stock about 24% below the comparison period. Martela kept its 2026 outlook for revenue of EUR 66-73 million and a comparable operating loss of EUR 1-3 million, after earlier cutting guidance from EUR 70-80 million and a comparable operating result range of EUR +1 million to EUR -2 million.
