The company, which Counterpoint Research said held 58% of the high-bandwidth memory market in the first quarter, has signed 10 long-term customer agreements, deepened ties with Nvidia under a $500 billion SK Group deal, listed American depositary receipts on Nasdaq, launched a $10 billion U.S. AI investment vehicle and bought a $380 million stake in Penguin Solutions as it expands beyond memory chips into AI data centers and related infrastructure.
