Hyundai Motor Securities CEO Bae Hyung-keun used a dialogue session with junior employees to set out a management vision centered on adapting aggressively to the digitalization of capital markets by accelerating the firm's shift toward artificial intelligence. Speaking at the company's headquarters in Seoul's Yeouido district on the 13th, Bae said competitiveness in an environment shaped by the AI revolution and digital finance revolution will depend on using data to provide personalized customer services. The meeting brought together Bae and members of the in-house Junior Board, or CLB, to review innovation efforts and discuss change across work processes, AI adoption and the organization itself. Bae said sustainable growth in a rapidly changing business environment requires breaking from existing methods, and added that the company's AI platform HAI service and AI training could help turn crises into growth opportunities.
